Claudia was developed with the service-desk experience of ETech 7, the MSP founded by AI Autopilot's co-founder Emil Isanov. The founder reported a connection to ETech 7's Datto RMM instance on 7 September 2026. That connection report does not establish an end-to-end resolution or measured customer outcomes.
Emil Isanov founded ETech 7 in 2012 and spent the next fourteen years inside the problem the product now automates — the morning queue nobody has triaged, the ticket routed to whoever answered, the documentation that was current the day it was written and never again. AI Autopilot is what that desk needed and could not buy.
