Accessibility

Built to be used with a keyboard, a screen reader, or neither

What this site does for accessibility, what it measures, where it falls short, and how to tell us. Last reviewed 17 September 2026.

The standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a target we measure against, not a certification: no third party has audited the site, and this page says what we check ourselves.

What we check, on every change

  • Contrast. Every colour pair the design system ships — text on each background, control borders, the brand colour as a mark and as text — is measured against the AA ratios before it ships. Twenty-five pairs pass today.
  • Structure. One main landmark per page, a skip link before the navigation, one h1, headings in order, every image with a text alternative and every link with a name. Checked across the public pages before each deployment.
  • Keyboard. Menus, the FAQ accordions (native details elements, so they work without JavaScript), forms and the consent banner are all reachable and operable from the keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
  • Motion. Entrance animations and the product screens’ performances respect prefers-reduced-motion: with it set, the page renders complete and still.
  • Scaling. The site is laid out at widths from 360px up and never scrolls sideways; text reflows rather than truncates at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

  • The product screens on the homepage and the agent pages are drawn interfaces, marked up as images. Each has a full sentence describing what it shows; the small text inside them is decorative and hidden from assistive technology on purpose, so it is not read out as a stream of fragments.
  • The downloadable documents are PDFs generated from the site’s own pages. They carry a reading order and headings, but have not been tested with every PDF reader.
  • Third-party pages we link to — the HubSpot meeting scheduler, the Trust Center, vendor sites — are outside our control.

Tell us

If something on this site is hard to use, write to info@aiautopilot.ai with the page and what happened. We read every one, and a fix that affects the design system ships to every page at once.
