Cookie policy

What this site sets on your device, what for, and how to change your mind. Last updated 17 September 2026.

The short version

Nothing that tracks you loads until you accept it. The banner on your first visit offers two choices of equal weight; declining is remembered for six months and loads none of the services below. You can change your answer at any time with the link in the footer of every page, which asks again.

Forms are unaffected either way. They send what you type to HubSpot’s forms service directly, and never needed the tracking script.

Set only if you accept

Each of these loads after you choose Accept, and not before.

HubSpot

Ties the forms on this site to a CRM record and measures which pages a lead visited before writing to us.

  • Sets: hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc
  • Kept for: hubspotutk and __hstc: 6 months. __hssc: 30 minutes. __hssrc: the session.

Google Analytics

Counts visits and pages, and which pages lead to the waitlist.

Maverick Intelligence

Identifies the company a visit comes from, so a sales conversation starts from what you already read. Two scripts: the Maverick service, and a page-view pixel that records the page, referrer, screen size, language and time zone against a random visitor id.

  • Sets: mi_vid (localStorage), mi_sid (sessionStorage), the Maverick service's own identifiers
  • Kept for: mi_vid: until cleared. mi_sid: the session.

Set regardless

First-party cookies that do not identify you to anyone else.

  • aa_consent_v1 — Remembers whether you accepted or declined the trackers above, so we do not ask on every page. Kept for 6 months.
  • __hs_do_not_track — Stops an already-loaded HubSpot tracker when you withdraw consent. Removed if you accept again. Kept for Until you accept again or clear your cookies.
  • ai_admin (the admin session) — Only set when a member of staff signs in to the content editor. Never set for a visitor. Kept for 14 days.

What we do not use

No advertising network. A pixel that pulled one in was removed on 17 September 2026, and nothing on this site now serves an advertising cookie, accepted or not. Vercel Analytics, which counts page views for us, sets no cookie and no cross-site identifier and is served from our own domain.
