In 2012 Emil Isanov founded ETech 7, a managed service provider in New York City, and spent the next fourteen years inside the problem this product now automates: the morning queue nobody has triaged, the ticket routed to whoever answered, the documentation that was current the day it was written and never again.
AI Autopilot is what that desk needed and could not buy. Every agent maps to a job the founders did by hand for a decade — which is why Claudia runs the ticket's lifecycle as five service-desk stages rather than a chatbot with an MSP page on its website.
